Hi, I’m Kingsley.

I have spent more than 15 years building software across education, financial services, healthcare, government, retail, and SaaS. Today, my work sits where AI engineering and organisational adoption meet: helping people use AI well, designing ways for teams to work with agents, and building production AI systems.

At Gravity9, I work with organisations where hundreds of engineers, PMs, SDETs, Delivery Leads, and Scrum Masters need to move together. Each discipline sees the work from a different angle. My role is to help them speak the same language and build agentic processes that connect those perspectives from the first requirement through to delivery and verification.

That is how I think about AI adoption: not as another tool sitting beside the work, but as a way to unite it. Underneath that change are multi-agent pipelines, developer tooling, RAG applications, MCP integrations, evaluation, guardrails, and production observability.

AI news, predictions, and tool lists are easy to find. Detailed accounts of the day-to-day work are not. I want to show how people use AI, how teams collaborate with agents, and how production AI gets built.

Codehance is where I record what worked, what failed, and what I still don't know. I have also built learning technology used by more than 800 students, so making difficult technical ideas useful and approachable is a long-running part of my work.

Using AI means improving the work you already do. Working with AI means collaborating with agents and designing dependable workflows. Building AI means creating AI systems and product capabilities people can trust.

Separating those layers gives us a shared language—and makes the next step much easier to see.

I am also a Paralympic rower. It taught me to measure honestly, learn from the result, and keep improving.
